Use the following information to determine if your credits will be accepted into CUGN.

Programs

CUGN will award transfer credit for the following programs:

Diploma in Biblical Studies
Master of Arts in Ministry Studies
Master of Arts in Religion

CUGN will not award transfer credit for the following programs:

Certificate in Bible
Certificate in Preaching

Transfer Credit Criteria

If you are seeking a CUGN graduate-level program (Master’s), you must meet the following criteria to transfer course(s):

  • Obtained by an accredited institution
  • Bible/Ministry/Theology courses only
  • Graduate-level courses only (Undergraduate courses are not accepted)
  • Achieved C or higher for the course(s)

If you are seeking an undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s), you may transfer previously earned undergraduate degree credits (liberal arts or ministry-related), but you first must contact the Admissions Office at admissions@cugn.org or toll free at (888) 487-5376 ext. 1.

  • Send your unofficial transcript to CUGN Admissions at admissions@cugn.org or by mail for a free evaluation:

  • Upon received, the Registrar's Office and Academic Dean will evaluate your transcript to determine transfer eligibility
  • The Admissions Office will contact you regarding given transfer credit.
  • Apply for an academic program by filling out an application
  • Begin your courses!
